what is "initial interview" for N-400?

my wife received a I-797 notice from CIS yesterday. It says " request for applicant to appear for nuturlization initial interview?

Does this mean she will need to have second/official citizenship interview?

Can anyone with past experience please clarify?

It's a standard form they send to everyone. She just has to show up prepared fro the interview with the requested documents and other supporting documents.
