What is Information Sheet (from NVC)

Hi,
I need some clarifications on the messages from NVC's AVM. After my 140 approval, couple of weeks later NVC said, my case number was #### and that my information was entered in its system. And now it says that "the information sheet regarding adjustment of status has been sent to you on April 11th. Please fill the form and return it to NVC"

My question is, Is this the packet 3 forms or literally a information sheet asking AOS? If it is asking for AOS, I already indicated in my I140 that I need CP.

Any help is appreciated.

I got the answer for the "information sheet regarding the adjustment of status' from one of the threads.


It is just to reconfirm whether you want to go thru CP. As NVC is flooded with CP cases, they choose this randomly and send it to applicants.

It goes to the lawyer.

Could you tell me how long it took for the actual form to reach your lawyer from April 11th (date of message). Infact i am in the same boat and would like to know the approximate time period.
