how long has it been since the ins contacted you last?
i don't know if you have to schedule the info pass or you can just walk into your local office, but if i were you, i would just go to the web, find out if info pass is available for your local office, and then schedule an appointment via the web.
when i did that for my local office in boston, it was very fast to do this on the web: i went to the web on a thursday and was able to schedule an appointment already for the following monday! it does not hurt to schedule it through info pass.

you mentioned the info pass for your interview....
no, you can not schedule your interview through info pass
ins tells you when to come for the interview
however, if you mean just a regular appointment with ins (not the official interview) - then sure, info pass allows you to schedule an appointment
