What is I181, CREATION OF RECORD OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE. And how is this related to I485?

I have also seen this type of case (i-181) and actually there are huge numbers in the database.

I am doubtful this is the finger printing form. I checked on the web too could not find any public website talking about this form. Even INS web site do not have this form in their list of applications.

Please udate if any info on I-181 cuz there is a substantial number of them on the database.
