i got a quick question. This company who wants to hire me asks me to fill out form I-9. what is this? will it be sent to CIS?

I-9 is Employment Eligibility Verification. You have to complete it giving your Alien number or other work authorization (H-1, L-1, TN etc.). Employer keeps it for their record.
