I-687, Application for Status as a Temporary Resident Under Section 245A of the Immigration and Nationality Act :

Who is eligible for I-687 Application? I want to know is this similar to I-485 or different?

I believe that form is used by people who are applying for immigration benefits under the terms and conditions of certain settlement agreements (like LULAC).
