What is happenning to I485 VSC...

My friend applied for 485 in the month of Oct 1999, in EB3 catogory.
they did not even get finger prints noties yet ?
They just got EAD and keep going, does any one know what is going on here.

Does any of you are in that boat or around that range & got your 485 done ?

Tell them to buy little more patience since I have run out of mine.

What is the guess, why is that happenning now. Previously it was going fast in VSC, all of the sudden, it is going very slowly WHY ?.

When do you think they will come up with progress !
