What is happenning in VSC ?

I see several approvals of Jan 00 and also couple of them from Feb 00. What is happenning to my case ? Would any guru comment ? My details are as follows :

PD 10/01/98
EB2 RIR India
RD 01/10/00
ND 01/25/00

FP done 03/12/01 Approved by FBI.

No RFE so far.

Why they are not giving approval ? Where are they stuck ?

Please share your views.

I am also in the same boat. EB2 RIR India PD 01/98 ND 01/25/2000 FP 03/15/2001. Just checked the AVM. Still says the same message. Cant take it anymore. Cant wait to get it and stick the resignation letter up my employers\' candy ass. If you smell what I am cooking.

I totally agree with you. Most of us are still waiting for a long time. My PD is 5/8/98, ND 10/4/99. I can\'t wait to get the GC in my hand. As i had planned for so many things based on the GC.

They are currently processing January and speaking to friends looks like they are processing first week of Jan.

My ND is exactly as yours and we should be seeing some move in sight, with 3 green lights ""

& No RFE.

Last time I called VSC (15 days back), IIO said 30-40 days for the approval. I hope to get within next 2 weeks.

Lets have faith in this process.
