What is happening there???

I filed my second AP in Feb last.At that time it was only 2 months.A few days after they changed to 4 - 6 months.Three weeks before when I spoke with an IIO she told me they are currently processing on Dec 4 02.Today i got the message they are on Nov 29 th.What is happening there???She told me I can fax to them with receipt no:confused:
 
Interim AP

You can get an Interim AP from local office after 90 days.
I have filled my third one with more than 90 days. Need it before the mid of next month for an overseas trip. Spoke to local office (ASC) they asked me to reach there with two pictures, copy of application and receipt and older AP.
I may go there one of these days. (I always get speeding ticket, when go for any INS related work).
