What is good .... Work on EAD or on New H1 after completing 180 days of I-485 ? My RD is 6/7/2001 and my project is going to over on 12/31/2001. Don\'t know how long my company will keep me on bench and try for clients.
 
What will be good if suppose I get laid off from Job..... .... Work on EAD or on New H1 after completing 180 days of I-485 ? And what will be consequences in both cases?

Please suggest.

I hope after 180 days you don\'t need to work on H1, you can change the employer and work on EAD, if at all any RFE comes you can get it from your new employer.

EAD should be fine

You should find a similar job after 180 days and using EAD to work.I think you should have two letters: one is from your old employer and another one is from your new employer in case INS asks for your employment letter.Hope it helps.
