What is going on here??? 485 approved/ 140 pending????

Received email that 485 is approved. Checked status online and it shows approved and letter mailed. 140 still shows pending.

What to do?

It is funny but I have heard same thing happening to my firend in the past. He applied in EB category 2. I think it was around 18 months ago. It took few weeks for his I140 to approve after 485. And he had to wait few more months for 485 of his spouse approved.
