what is goig on with RD of May 2002 , no fingerprint no green card

I have noticed that some of us with RD of 5/2002 have not gotten fingerprint notice and already they are processing those with Rd of 4/2002 , i think we should start calling TSC of sending faxes or else we might be left behind.

Here is what i did over the past 6 months to obtain my FP..,

I did almost everything that i could inorder to obtain a FP but no luck yet.

15th December 2003 i changed address expecting a trigger.
Feb 2004 my lawyer sent an inquiry.
Apr 2004 contacted the local Congressman
Apr 2004 sent fax to INS Texas Center
May 2004 i went to the local INS office to see if i can get some information.
- He looked at my RD and said i should have received my FP by now and that i should fax TSC asap...

I am not sure what to do next? Repeat the above steps again ?

My RD is May 14th 2002.
3 EADs
2 APs (got an RFE for the second AP)

I don't think the applications are lost or misplaced or anything like that as my colleague (2002 may filer) and i got EADs without RFEs and he got 2 APs without RFEs..,

Agree with GCTheGreat! Its so that in the period of April end to say July August 2002, TSC staff either became very very inefficient or most of them went on vacation or went into an unseasonal hibernation period or.... the reasons can be plenty!! The fact is tons of us in that period have not received FP notices. The last time my case has been " touched upon" as per the latest USCIS service for status check is July 2002 and my RD/ND is May 9/10 2002. Just like GCTheGreat we have sent very many faxes to TSC contacted the senator called the infamous 800 numbers so on and so forth. I guess its just a tight waiting game for most of us, so hang in there!!
