What Is Expedited I-130 ?

Hi There Just Trying To Find Out If Anyone Knows How The Expedited I-130 Works Specially In Pakistan. To My Understanding A Us Citizen Can Go To Another Country (residence Of His/her Spouse ) And Have Them Do An Expedited I-130 (usually 40 Days) And Tell The Embassy That The Wanna Take There Spouse With Them To US and they want all the prosses taken care of so they can go back to states together. Has Anyone Done An Expedited I-130.
