What is EB3? E13 or E31?

Hi guys.

I confused over interpretation of processing dates on immigration.com.

My company says that E11 = EB1; E12 = EB2 and E13 = EB3.
Is that right?

I got some info from others that E11, E12 and E13 all are EB1.
E21 is EB2; and E31 and E32 are EB3. I confused over what is right.

Please post your ideas.
