What is "Congressional Inquiry"?

My PERM application was filed in Oct, 2005. Two month ago, my company told me that DOL issed a request regarding the advertisement for my application. My status is "Under Review". The company is addressing this via "Congressional Inquiry" process. What is "Congressiional Inquiry"? How much chance that my applicatiion will be approved?
