Newbee to the 485 process..needs some basic questions answered:
What do the codes (code1, code 2, code 3) for FP mean? Shoud they be in sequence. I received my first biometric notice and it has code 3 on it. Should I be worried/happy that I did not receive a code 1 & code 2?
On the notice that I recived, there is a A#. Is that my assigned Alien Number which I can use for tracking FBI Name check (NC) stuff?
Does the A# mean a imm. vias has been has been allocated and my case will still be worked on even if the visa numbers become unavailable from now til Oct?
Below are my details:
1st time filer. Concurrent paper filing (140, 485, EAD, AP) at Nebraska.
RD (140,485,EAD,AP) - 1/24/2007
ND (140,485,EAD,AP) - 1/30/2007
No LUDs on any yet.
