what is "class of admission" ?

Hi Folks ,
what is "class of admission" ( item 3 ) in I-131 ( travel document) application form,
I am applying for advance parole , my I-485 is pending

I think it is the type of Visa which you entered the USA (eg H1B or H4).

it cannot be H1 or H4

It cannot be H1 or H4 because once you apply for I-485 or you are in immigration status , all H1 or H4 visa become void

it cannot be the status how you entered , it should be you are going to enter "in which status ?"

H1 and H4 will not become invalid. If it is other than H and L visa types it will become invalid.

I was in H1 , so in I-131 , should I fill as H1?

Class of action is AOS (Adjustment Of Status) for the people who have concurently applied for I-140and I-485...I have verified this from my lawyer

"If your latest entry to US was on H1B then write H1B
If latest entry to US was on H4 write H4, if entered on AP write advance Parole" ?

or as you said, it will be AOS ?

I am also Applying for Advance Parole..Can Someon Please sugggest me exact address where I should send My application.. MY 485 is pending with VSC.......
Is there any P.O. BOX I should address or Should I address it to General Vermount Service Center...

CLASSOFADMISSION: H1B1/H4 /AP (your status of last entry in US).
