My dad went to renew his B1/B2 visa a month ago in Asia. I think this is his 2nd or 3rd time renewing the visa after having been on B1/B2 for 20 years and every time the visa is issued right the way without any problem.
The consular told him that someone with the same name as him already got a B1/B2 visa couple years ago. The consular said they need to send my dad's fingerprint to Chicago (FBI??) for security check. My dad was confused but he followed the instructions for fingerprint.
The visa was issued last week but on the bottom of the visa, it printed: "CLASS hits does not reveal visa ineligibility"
Can anyone let me know what does this mean? Would there be any effect or delay at the Port-of-Entry? and why this is printed on the visa?
