What is BIO-code 1,code 2 and code 3???

Code 1 is for what BCIS calls Ten-print: both thumbs, and the other 4 fingers of each hand together, then the 8 fingers individually. This replaces the older fingerprints, and will probably occur if 15 months have passed since your last Code 1 or fingerprinting.

Code 2 is for index finger and photo. Probably means your are getting close to GC approval, but also done if you applied for EAD.

and Code 3 is a combination of code 1 & 2 (does this mean 15 months have passed AND you are getting close to approval? Dont know)
