I am currently on TN visa with Company A. Company A mentioned that they will file my H1B. Now Company B tells me they can file my H1B.

What would be easier for me when I go to stamping for H1B in US Consulate? Would USCIS officer ask too many questions as to why you want to go from TN -> H1B from Company A? In this case what answer should I say?

H1B from Company B would be simpler. I can always say I got a better job with Company B.

Can someone advice please.

Why don't you worry more about the job and less about the stamping. If the job is legitimate, the stamping is not an issue.

And whatever you do, do NOT lie to US immigration. Stop looking for the "best" story to tell. Just tell the truth which is not what someone on some forum will provide to you.

I am rightly concerned. I have a good job. I want to line all my ducks minimize my risk of rejection. USCIS is rejecting lot of people for inaccurate documents. I just want do it right the first time. That's all.
