Hello Guys,
My company is in IL, I filed my labor and I-140 from NSC. I work in NJ. My lawyer filed my 485 in VSC. In April 2003 VSC transferred my application to NSC. According to my lawyer no notice has been received to this effect. I filed my I-485 in May 2002. After the transfer to NSC online satus says ' on April 7 2003 We received ur application '. My lawyer told me this is my new RD.
Today I was checking my case status and found a different one. Now it says 'On September 12, 2003, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
What does this mean?
