AVM = Automatic Voice Messaging system .
The number to call = (802) 527 4913.
Call this number and follow the directions and then enter your case number. For example if your case number is EAC - 00-099-99999 , then enter 322-00-099-99999. The system will tell your status and if you press zero , you will be on the queue to talk to an IIO. Average waiting time is around 30 min. Remember to call between 8AM and 4PM to talk to an IIO.Hope this helps , and good luck !!
