I have always maintained that at TSC there are three types of queues. One for the "lucky filers" and the other for the "unlucky filers". Depeding on which queue you fall under you may get approved within months or will have to wait for years. There is also a third queue called "Unneccesary Hurdles Queue". I am in this queue. If you are under this third queue you can expect to see every possible unneccesary hurdle without any notice or respite.
I hope you fall under the first queue.
On a more serious note there really is no telling. Just hope that your case is processed in a proper way.

I think I fall under Unneccesary hurdles queue.
TSC called for 485 interview before 140 is approved.
One more funny thing is TSC transfered 485 to District office before approving 140.
Now I here two stories about my 140:
1.TSC says it has transfered to District office.
2.Again TSC says 140 is comming back to them.
I am not sure what TSC is trying to do with my 140.
I hope TSC is not transfered my 140 application to their MUSIEM if they have one to display.

If I may suggest, a good indication would be to buy a lottery ticket, If you win, it will be soon. If not, it will be safe to consider yourself among the unfortunates of unnecessary hurdles queue. As far as I am concerned, I pray for you to be out of it as soon as possible.
