what is Adjudication?

I know it meant something like "making decision" , my file been in adjudication from May 2nd? usually how long this process takes.?

It should not take this long. Make an infopass and ask about the status of the case.
 
The Below was the response I got from CIS Ombudsman in the first week of this month.


i wont be back to Houston for another week or two,any other suggestions other than Infopass.
