What is a reasonable time to process 485

The time it takes to approve the 485 application is currently about 365 days. Based on Magesh's information, it will be cut short to approx 270 days for the Dec filers, due to the fact 317 new employees will be on board at the VSC.
My Question is...... how much are we willing to consider as normal time required for the 485 approval process?

Practically, it seems to be between 10-15 months..
