Dhaka Embassy Issue an Visa under section 424 act Extended 45 days. I entered U.S.A on My 21 Birthday , I field I-539 MSC-03-***-*****(A-********)and I-765 MSC-03-***-***** . And wait for 3 month , my 45 days expired .but Notice of Decision is denied Cause I am 21 over .
Now I saw I-130 Eac -00-0**-***** in July 2004 Visa Bulletin Current Priority date (under Child Status protection Act) Is it possible to adjust L.P.R ?
OR what should I do now ? help me for information .
