What information in the Approval notice

Hi,

Can someone tell me what information is in your Approval Notice??

1. What is your COA (number)??
2. What does the Notice tell you to do?

I got an Approval Notice and it tells me to do:

1. Bring up I-94, two color photos and go to INS to have my fingerprint
and my siganature on my I-89 form.

I am so confused.
