It has been more than 3 months since my lawyer sent the I-290B appeal and I have not gotten any update at all! The last LUD was only to inform that they received the application and that's it.
I made an inquiry and received a letter saying that they can't provide me any information since I'm the beneficiary. I asked my employer to do it for me and suggested me to wait.
I'm affraid that NSC may take the long run for 6 months only to come back saying that they sent my case to the AAO.

I140 and I485 filled concurrently at NSC
RD 09/02/2004
RFE 04/nn/2004 (Ability to pay)
Denied 05/30/2004
FP 05/28/2004 (Lawyer advice me not to go since I140/I485 were denied)
I290B filed on 06/25/2004
LUD 06/30/2004 (this was the last update saying that they received the application)
Is anybody going throgh the same situation? Please advice
