what if you lost your I-94, and you need to get passport stamp?

I recently renewed my passport, and the I-94 was in the old passport. When I got my new passport, the I-94 was gone.

The I-94 was long expored, and I am on EAD now for over 2 years.

Will I have trouble when it comes time to get a passport stamp?

I would imagine you won't have any trouble. But to be on safe side (if you are that personality), you might want to fill out a form (can't remember which one) to replace your I-94. That will be your proof when it comes to stamp your passport. But again your I-94 was already expired, so I don't know?? Ask your lawyer, he might give you better ideas.

Why not applied

Any reason why you have not applied to request for new I-94 or immigration about your I-94 missing ?
