What if you file two H1 transfer requests in a week time?
We filed H1 transfer request last week .... but new employer lost the project but he still says he does'nt want to withdraw H1 transfer application. Today i have received a job offer from another employer .... if i go ahead and file another H1 transfer application. What will happen? Who will be my H1 sponsor in that case? BCIS is going to approve both requests or will ask me to make a choice?

, and both have filed my transfer case. You are saying the moment i join anyone of them and start getting paychecks ....my status will get tranferred to that employer (ofcourse , provided that BCIS approves the tranfer) , right?
