I really appreciate, if anyone or knows someone who got GC approval without RFE can post his/her experiences.
Now-a-days, it is almost certain that everyone gets RFE for EVL, Pay stubs and W2s/Tax Returns. I have no problem with EVL and pay stubs and 2003 has been so good to me.
Unfortunately, last year (2002) the income on my w2 is far less than what is mentioned in my H1. If I do not get any RFE or get an RFE but not for W2s, I should be fine.
However, if I get an RFE for W2s, what are the chances of approval/denial? Is there anyone who is in the same/similar situation? What are your stratagies? If anyone or knows someone who faced this situation please share your experiences?
Right now I'm in a dilemma. I would like to do whatever I could to face this situation. I'm even thinking of applying for Canadian Immigration to be on the safe side. If anyone has more innovative ideas please let me know.
For some reason, if you don't want to discuss this in the forum you can send me an email.

Actually, I did not file for GC thru my H1 holding company. Some other company filed for my GC. I started working for the GC sponsoring company using EAD. Now everything is fine no problem at all. Whatever I mentioned happened earlier in 2002.
AC 21 filed in Nov 03. Sent AC21 draftletter, EVL, Paystubs, 140 approval notice, 485 receipt notice. Don't know how organized BCIS is, not sure whether my ac21 filing gets into my 485 file.
Of late, I'm so preoccupied with this issue and not even able to concentrate on work. All you guys have been so supportive and inspiring in this forum. I appreciate your comments/suggestions or even criticism in this regard.
Thanks,
+Sri
