I worked with Company A from May 2006 to August 2006.
And then I joined in Company B in August 2006. Company B applied for H1 Transfer.
Received RFE in November 2006(Asking for previous company last paystub, current company latest pay stub and W2 form for the last year. Company B submitted previous company last paystub and current company latest pay stub. They didn't submit the W2 form as I came to USA on 2006. Company B submitted the pay stubs in December 2006.
Again received RFE in January 2007. I just received an email from USCIS web site saying
"we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or
information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit
the evidence and/or information requested."
I am just wondering what if INS rejects my H1 Transfer?
1) Can I go back to my previous company and work from there?
2) Can I apply for H1 transfer again thru some other company (lets say Company C)? If I submit the H1 transfer again which Pay stubs I should submit? I mean my Company A pay stubs OR Company B pay stubs?
