What if I made an INFOPASS appt. but failed to go?

I want to make an infopass appointment but not sure whether I will be able to go for the appointment and probably can't cancel the appointment because when I know about it it has been too late.

So would USCIS be upset if I make an appointment just in case I need it and do not go and do not cancel in advance either？ thank you very much for any informaiton.

its better you cancel , try to do it even 2-3 hours before the appointment to be on the safer side, now even if you cant lets say you totally forgot and were stuck up doing something really imp, it doesnt really matter, you can schedule another one, I had forgotten about my appointment but didnt have problems scheduling another one, good luck
