what if i lose my pr card now since i did not stay in canada for 2 years and later apply for immigration again as family immgrnant as the children will become canadian citizens..

do you think they can refuse immgration at a later stage?????? :

No one will be able to say with any validity if that will work or not.It completely depends on the discretion of the officer. You can plan your strategy every possible way but at the end if the officer is not convinced that you made an effort to land the first time and doesnt see intent then he has every right to reject you.

You can try under compassionate grounds and appeal if you lose but no one can guarantee the success
