what if case transfers to local INS and I move out of that place?

hi all
I plan to submit my 485 soon in VSC.
I am hearing lot of information, that, some cases can be moved to local INS office.
As I move when ever my project changes what happens by the time I move to another place, but case transfered to local INS?
If I submit change of address then case will again transfer from case location to another location? Is that not delay process further?
Or change of address does not move to case at all from case location? Then I can come to case location for interview from where ever I am?
Is case location INS going to ask about the verification of address etc....?
