What if a person is outside US on AP and I-485 approved

Hi All,

   My case was recently approved but my spouse case is pending. I\'m planning to go to India next month. I can travel on passport stamping but
my Q is regarding my wife\'s travel..
She has an approved AP and she will be travelling on AP?
What if while she is out of country her I-485 is approved? Can it
create any problem when she will re-enter as I read that AP is invalid if I 485 is approved.
What all documents she has to carry. We never received her I-485 receipt..
