I am wondering about the case if a person is found who is eligible for the posted advertisement for the job. How is it determined? If its all interview over a phone with the hiring manager, then really anybody woudl tend to answer YES for all the needed experiences. Do companies get references and follow-up to see if the experience really was there?
Now, in case someone is a real match then I guess one has to wait for 6 months and restart the process? Is that 6 months from the time when the match was found or from when the first advertisement was posted?
