I am sure there are many ppl with PD is old as compare to current approval trends and
RD is very recent (not 2004 but sometime in 2006, before sept 2006, 485 processing month published by USICS)
So question is even if NC is cleared still he or she will not get approval until USICS clear 2004, 2005 cases?
Many Californians have old PD but 2006 RD because of stupid philly Backlog center
Fell really bad mainly CA and NY ppl.
Any guess, theories??????
