What I should do?

I filed my I140 (EB1) through an attorny. The attorny has closed his ofice and not working anymore. The online status for I-140 shows that INS mailed a notice for additional evidence on March 04, 2004. I have no way to find out if he received it or not. Can some one tell what I should do under these circumstances?

1) Should I write a letter to BICS explaining that I am not represented by an attorny anymore and erequest them to send the notice directly to me?

2) What P.O.Box at Nebraska and which FORM I should use?

Please help.
 
I feel you should hire a new attorney and let him/her handle this. They would know the process better and would be able to get the things on track for you. I am not a lawyer and this is just my thought.
