A couple of weeks ago, I got an official employment offer letter, and I wondered whether I could use it as a proof of upcoming employment in my EB1-OR application. If yes, exactly what else would I need from my employer?
I do this application by hiring a lawyer with my own fund, and I want a minimal involvement from my employer, so by my one-year anniversary, I hope HR forgets about this and starts an LC process for me
