I just want confirm one point:
My company will soon start RIR-process for me and I will do the outstanding (E-1B) by myself. What do I need from my company during this process (E-1B) ? As far as I understand, it is just a paper that they have to fill out that I am employed at that company. Is this correct or is the company involved in any other paper work during the E-1B-process ?
Thanks for the help.

For EB-1B your employer will file your case and sign on I-140. You need a letter from your employer stating that you hold a permanent position.
