GC woes, negative perceptions of USCIS, and the difficulty in gaining access to information seems to have taken its toll. The folks are silent. The forum seems to have gone into hibernation. Occasionally some folks do post motivational messages whereas some have learnt to put their mind elsewhere with other toys.

It is often far easier to rest and recuperate than it is to push yourself to the next level. The challenge that you guys face is how to keep yourself motivated, and recharged in these tough times.

Is Rajiv still looking at the suing option as he had mentioned in one of his earlier posts ?

We have a number of active campaigns going on right now, with options ranging from Legislative to Legal action. Feel free to choose your poison and join us in our fight to speed up processing.

But, if you plan to just sit back and not help buck the system, while expecting others to do the work for you, then that is a totally different story.

Thanks for the info. I might have missed the 'active' campaigns.

Re: Good views

A secret between us my friend. Did you notice one thing!!!
Everyone with 'sai' in his ID is approved. It might not work anymore since the secret is out. :)

You cannot even dupe the admins of this forum with your false ID and you think that you can dupe the almighty by changing your ID.

What's important is your faith.

You are welcome but if you could hold off on the sarcasm for a minute, you will see the benefits of working actively towards your approval. It is not enough to just sign the 485 backlog reduction petition, the petition needs to be delivered and your personal story needs to be told to the Congressmen.

My post was targetting not just for Sai-2367 but for all the other people reading the thread. It is absolutely terrific that he/she has been approved, but there is no bar on working towards the speedy processing of 485's.

After waiting for 15-20 months, and getting to know the story behind some of the people working towards their approvals, I would imagine that it would be difficult to disconnect yourself even after approvals. So I would encourage everyone regardless of status to work towards that goal!
