Anyone knows what happens if you applied for your 140/485 at the vermont service center and then after the six month period of your 140 approval you change your job and accept a postion with company thats not in the same region (lets say it comes under nebraska)?

will they transfer the case to the new center? or
will it be procssed at the vermonts service center?


anyone been in a similar situation?

There are no known rules or patterns behind center transfers- some get transfered others not.

So far, from what I see, most cases haven't been transferred.

But u can never depend on USCIS.
