What happens when USCIS denies a case?

Does INS have to enclose the reasons why they denied a case, or do they put the burden of proof on the applicant?

Usually, the USCIS put down the reason for denying the N-400 case right on the notice of denial. Also, they offer you an opportunity to appeal the decision within 30 from the date of the decision. Hopefully, you never see such a letter man, and everything works out for the best for you .
