I am working in Company A and filed H1 transfer from company B in premium processing. I have I-140 approved from my previous company. My spouse is on OPT, H4 and H4 EAD are also filed along with H1 premium processing by Company B. For any reason if I choose not to join company what happens to H4 and H4 EAD? Will my spouse be on OPT or will the H4 and H4 EAD be active?
What happens to H4 EAD if H1 holder decides not to join the new company
