What Happens Now?

Hey all!
Thanx for a great site!
I have a problem!
I married an american woman in July 2000, I got my temporary Greencard that was good until march 2004, but in october 2003 they started to investigate our marrige and told us that is was a "sham" and that both of us were gay! They said that they had evidence! So they threatened my (ex now) wife with the fine and jail unless she signed a piece of paper saying that she was gay and so was I and she had to withdraw the application! So finally she did sign the paper and she was told that nothing was gonna happen to me! She signed it without even telling me until after it was done!) I got a letter from immigration stating that my status was terminated as of that date(jan2004) and was placed on removal proceedings. She asked for divorce and I finally signed the papers in March.
But I haven't heard anything from INS!
How long will it take before I get kicked out?
And is there any chances at all for me to stay?
I have been here for 12 years and I rather kill myself then go back!
I was only 4months away to get my "freedomcard" but they took it right away from my nose, but thats the story of my life!
Anyone can help? Please!
THANX
Ronnie
