What happens if???

My friend have strange rather uncomfy situation.
He is not getting along with wife.
She left him to stay with family relative here in US. Eventually they may get divorce.

He is Primary applicant. She is dependent.

She has EAD, AP and I-485 receipt with her. His I-140 cleared couple of months ago.

Could she potentially cause him a problem here in getting GC
For Example : Complaining to US Consulate in INDIA or put a case against him in INDIA that he harassing for money or what not.

If he goes to INDIA to get divorce finalized, could she potenially cause him a problem not to get back here?

Anybody???

His material is good. There is no mistatement.
But his worry is..Could he be stopped while coming back from INDIA, if she filed a complaint against him? Can he stoppable per say at Bombay?

OR Could he stopped until divorce is complete?

Also, can he revoke her status here right away?

One more thing.. how can he file divorce here without her knowing?
What happens if she does not want to get divorced so can maintain status or still keep him on the hook?
