i have a friend who married a usc lady.Their 2nd year anniversarry will be soon, therefore my friend can now apply for permanent green card(removal of conditions)but his wife is now missing and on drugs. so if she get arrested what will happen? can my friend still apply for removal of condition of his greencard or will he have any problems?he dont know where to reach the lady anymore.

no. he didnt report it to the police.. what is the best thing to do? will this affect my friends application for permanent gc?

With all due respect that sounds like a sham marriage. Especially given that she is a drug addict, missing and your "friend" didn't report her missing. Sounds like they never even lived together and your "friend" was just looking for her to get her sign the form. So there are pretty much no options. Just my opinion. Sorry.

you pr*cks shouldnt judge someone you have no clue about. either offer your advice or dont, but dont make assumptions and judge a person.

You seem to have a penchant for using coarse language to address those you disagree with. It typically is an indicator for underlying problems and a lack of self control. Opinions are free, when we smell a sham, we're free to express those feelings.

He needs to report her missing to the police! He doesn't care where she is or what happened to her, but he cares more about his GC? Suppose she was kidnapped? Does he realize that if she gets killed, his failure to report her missing could make him a suspect?

not a sham. they have 2 kids.. he just decided not to report it to the police..he just wanted to know if incase he wont find her if it will affect his gc?

He should consult a competent lawyear. Again COMPETENT lawyear, who has experience with immigration process.
When kids are involved, I pray for an outcome which will benifit the kids at the end.
Your friend can look through this forum and get an idea about the process but most of us just average people who are going through this journey together. For the kids sake I hope he gets paperwork and make two wonderful future citizens who will take care of us when we are old and frail. Good luck

judging someone based on stereotypes and "personal opinions" typically is an indicator for underlying problems and a lack of character. opinions are free, when you smell a sham, you are free to express those feelings but my point stands you are a pr*ck to judge someone solely based on your "opinion" without knowing all the facts.
