My mom has filled for me in 2005 and finally we have been contacted by USCIS to send the supporting documents. My mom does not reside in US right now (for the past three years). Is there any requirement for that? Besides, I am planning to ask my daughter who is also a US green card holder and lives in US to fill out i-864 for me since my mom does not have any US income. Is that possible?
