Hi all,
My LC was sent to SF regional office from SESA on June28, 2002. I am expecting my three option letter anytime soon. I am planning on third option - Retest the market. My company is willing to rerun the paper ads and conduct interviews. I wanted to know what would happen if DOL rejects my company's results of retest.
1. Will it mean that my labor certificate is rejected and I could not apply for a new labor for next six months ?
2. Will they send it back to SESA for non-rir processing and retain the priority date.
Please advise. I will have to make this decision soon. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
